The AsiaPacific Issues are published by the East-West Center.  The eight-page papers in the AsiaPacific Issues series illuminate issues of broad interest or significant impact.  Written without jargon that would exclude nonspecialists, they report on the environment, international relations, domestic politics, human rights, population and health, economics, trade, and other areas of critical importance.
